Meet the unexpected
The THIRTY•NINE meeting room (19,2 m2) has a maximum capacity of 11 seated guests, fully equipped with a TV, Apple TV and HDMI connection, papers and pens.
Bottled Still and sparkling Pure Ionic Water is offered free of charge.

Private Lounge & Terrace
Homelike & Exclusive
The Blue Room has a private lounge space (27,3 m2) and a private terrace (36,0 m2) for cocktail events with up to 20 guests.
Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch can be served to up to 11 guests inside and 20 guests on the terrace.

The kitchen is the heart of any home
The dining and terrace can accommodate up to 25 guests inside and 45 guests on the terrace for lunch and dinner every day.
Cocktails can also be organised for up to 120 guests on the terrace.

Real secret garden within the Principality, the 39 dining terrace is the perfect environment to enjoy a moment and celebrate life with your guests during a private event, as well as a nice option to enhance your corporative event with an outdoor presentation to your team, clients or partners.
